SONKO'S BIG BOSS MOVES

Sonko splashes millions to celebrate 1st lady's birthday

Residents residing in Sonko's owned Saumu Bling beach resort in Shanzu got a surprise treat when the former Nairobi's Governor offered free service to all who had checked into the expansive beach resort. The surprise gesture was in celebration of his wife's  and former 1st lady of Nairobi county Primrose Mbuvi's birthday party which coincides with the 1st day of the year. Immediately after cutting the birthday cake and toasting to the new year, Sonko made the announcement much to the delight of those in attendance. Taking to his social media, he showered her with a sentimental message thanking her for always standing beside him even in the most trying moments. 'You have stood by me where others would have walked out. I will always cherish that,' read the post in part. He was later accompanied by a contingent of his loyal followers to his nearby Volume VIP club where rapper Mejja was the main entertainer. Sonko's generosity was said to be largely fueled by his earlier invitation with other leaders by President Ruto to have an Xmas dinner party at State House. Sonko has been a notable loyal supporter of President Ruto and his deputy Rigathi Gacagua's staunch supporter since they assumed the top job.
