 Sonko splashes millions to celebrate 1st lady's birthday Residents residing in Sonko's owned Saumu Bling beach resort in Shanzu got a surprise treat when the former Nairobi's Governor offered free service to all who had checked into the expansive beach resort. The surprise gesture was in celebration of his wife's  and former 1st lady of Nairobi county Primrose Mbuvi's birthday party which coincides with the 1st day of the year. Immediately after cutting the birthday cake and toasting to the new year, Sonko made the announcement much to the delight of those in attendance.   Nairobians, summer bunnies light up Mombasa city festivities.
