By Solo Koko The event was hosted by Bumula's legislator Jack Wamboka Hon Jack Wanami Wamboka - Member of Parliament, Bumula Constituency A section of leaders from the Western region of Kenya have united in hosting education celebrations aimed at rallying stakeholders to improve the quality of education in the region as well as sensitize parents and students against cases of early pregnancy which continues to be a major menace affecting students in the region. While marking the Education Day, stakeholders in the sector joined National leaders in a well-attended and colourful celebration as the leaders took stock of their journey and reflected on last year's examination performance in the region. The leaders who included National assembly speaker Moses Wetangula, PS State Department of Industrialisation Dr. Juma Mukhwana, legislators John Waluke, Didmus Barasa amongst others called for pragmatic strategies by parents, religious groups and the administration to ensure the region
