Netizens on social media have reacted to a photo doing rounds on social media of former Kiambu's Governor William Kabogo's new hairstyle stepping away from the bald head they all recognize him for or simply 'kipara ngoto' as Kenyans casually call it. In a rare public appearance, Kabogo's grown hair style which was revealed as he took his hat off to shake the Head of State's hand, exposed his extended bald hairline which seemed to crack the President who was caught off guard.  In previous occasions, the 'Tujibebe' party leader spots a clean shaved bald look alternated by constant hats. Just by going by the body, it's possible WSR must have wondered out aloud, 'What hairstyle is this?' sending the President's circles into a frenzy.
