New moms in Nairobi to benefit from a maternal healthCare Program in new collaboration between M.P. Shah and KimboCare. KimboCare, a new digital health platform that offers traceability of medical services within a hospital to its impact driven clients, is leveraging its local medical network, M.P. Shah Hospital being part of it, to offer paid antenatal services to over 70 expectant financially underserved women around Nairobi region. The program, which is designed to reduce inefficiencies and healthcare costs, will be beneficial to low-income women and will ensure they reap the benefits of receiving adequate antenatal care by increased access to education and support: antenatal care provides an opportunity for women to receive information and support on topics such as nutrition, exercise, and stress management during pregnancy.
