PARENTS OF SLAIN MODEL AND LGBTQ ACTIVIST CHILOBA SPEAK OUT!


 The adoptive parents of deceased LGBTQ activist and model Edwin Chiloba, Peter Pfaltzgraff and his wife Donna, have finally broken their silence and spoken regarding their son's tragic murder.


The elderly couple originating from the US and run the Grace and Faith Family Ministry, expressed their disbelief asking for prayers during this period.


“Our hearts are broken tonight. Will give more details when we can share more. Please pray for us,” Donna wrote in a post on social media.


On his part, Peter shared a photo of the couple and expressed their love for their departed adopted son.


Edwin's adoptive parents supported his passion for fashion by purchasing equipment for him to start his career as a designer in 2021.


"Glory be to God, to my dear parents getting parents like you by my side makes me what I am today. Thank you so much for supporting me unconditionally.


"Thank you for helping me to shape my life with positivity and passion. Without you, I’d never been the person I am today. Thank you for everything thank you for always praying for me and building me with the word of God. One day I will make you proud. Bring your orders coming now," he said in a post dated January 2021.


Chiloba's body was discovered in a metallic box on Kipenyo-Katinga Road in Uasin Gishu County by boda boda riders, who saw an unmarked vehicle dumping the box on the side of the road.


Police have launched an investigation to establish the cause of his death. Chiloba's body is laying at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital awaiting a post-mortem examination.

PRESIDENT RUTO CLEARS CATHERINE KASAVULI'S 4M HOSPITAL BILL

 President William Ruto has waived the hospital bill incurred by the late veteran journalist Catherine Kasavuli, KBC anchor John Jacob has confirmed. In a tweet, Kioria expressed gratitude to the Head of State for helping offset the bill. "Great thanks to our President who has waived the hospital bill incurred by my colleague Catherine Kasavuli. May her soul continue to rest in peace," he wrote.  The family sought the help of well-wishers to offset an outstanding Ksh4 million bill accrued during Kasavuli's stay and treatment in the hospital.
