GRAPHIC: EATING DEAD HUMAN BODY IN HAITI

 Haiti descended into chaos after Prime Minister Ariel Henry's resignation, with gang leader Jimmy Cherizier, also known as “Barbecue”, gaining the spotlight amidst the violence.

Despite refuting claims of beastly behavior, Social media was flooded with videos allegedly showing cannibalism on the streets of Haiti.

One particularly viral video purportedly shows a gang member feeding on a human body that had been set ablaze on the streets amid the chaos as other members cheared him on.

PRESIDENT RUTO CLEARS CATHERINE KASAVULI'S 4M HOSPITAL BILL

 President William Ruto has waived the hospital bill incurred by the late veteran journalist Catherine Kasavuli, KBC anchor John Jacob has confirmed. In a tweet, Kioria expressed gratitude to the Head of State for helping offset the bill. "Great thanks to our President who has waived the hospital bill incurred by my colleague Catherine Kasavuli. May her soul continue to rest in peace," he wrote.  The family sought the help of well-wishers to offset an outstanding Ksh4 million bill accrued during Kasavuli's stay and treatment in the hospital. A requiem mass for the late journalist will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the Friends International Church along Ngong Road in Nairobi.
