SPICE DIANA SETS THE BAR HIGH DURING MAIDEN CONCERT AT LUGOGO'S CRICKET OVAL

Uganda’s female sensation Hajara Namukwaya popularly known as Spice Diana made history becoming the second female artist from Uganda to fill up a stadium. The event, held at the famous Lugogo cricket oval, attracted thousands of her music fans as other artists showed their support by performing during the night. 

Celebrated artists including Vinka, Winnie Nwagi. The ‘kwata wano’ hitmaker had a star studded guest list that also included Bobi Wine’s wife Barbie. The Source management signee pulled a glamorous show complete with fireworks display. However, the show didn’t end without drama after military police called it off before Spice could perform all her songs. 





 According to artist Nince Henry, he claims that the show ended prematurely sending Spice to walk backstage amid flowing tears. While apologizing to his fans for not performing, alleging that the concert was raided by military police. “The show didn’t go as planned. We didn’t get to perform the last song featuring Spice even after we had rehearsed for weeks. The police raided the event and couldn’t let us perform. She was so disappointed that I found her running backstage while crying” he wrote on his social media.

 Kabaa's Lucky Graduands: Youth in Machakos County benefit technologically from Kabaa Digital Resource center  Various youth from Machakos county were over the weekend awarded with certificates at a colorful ceremony following their successful completion of digital studies.
